Windows: Microsoft’s Fix it Center is a beta troubleshooting program that tweaks common Windows issues—sort of like previously mentioned FixWin—but it comes straight from Microsoft. It’s average-Joe friendly, and addresses everything from network glitches to media player issues.
Fix it Center is still in beta, but is stable enough to use. The program offers a variety of categories (27, to be exact), and will give you an estimate of how long each problem will take to troubleshoot. Once you select a category, the program will take you through each situation step-by-step. The instructions are easy and clear to understand, with an easy intuitive interface.
Microsoft Fix it Center is a free beta program for Windows only. It supports Windows 7, Vista, and XP. If you’ve tried similar troubleshooting or tweaking applications, let us know how Microsoft Fix it Center stands up against the competition in the comments.
